This appliance is equipped with a powerful independent refrigeration system with compressor.

Continuous operating capability allows rapid production of several different flavors. It makes ice-cream for 10/12 people (1200 gr.) in 20-30 minutes. Preparations can be obtained either in the fixed stainless steel bowl or in the removable aluminum bowl (included).

This appliance is equipped with a powerful independent refrigeration system with compressor. Inner bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel. Continuous operating capability allows rapid production of several different flavors.

The use of the removable bowl allows preparing different flavors in a short time. Maximum level of reliability. When the lid is removed, the paddle stops automatically. Mechanic 60' timer. Suitable for continuous use, it allows preparing over 2 Kg. ice cream per hour. The refrigeration system complies with environmental regulations protecting the ozone layer.
